Grilled Chicken With Chili Topping Recipe

  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can BUSH'S® Chili Magic Chili Starter
  • 6 chicken breast halves, skinned
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  1. Place chicken in a self-sealing plastic bag. Combine lime juice, oil, garlic, and cumin; pour over chicken. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill chicken over medium coals for 35 to 45 minutes or until done, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once.
  3. In saucepan, combine BUSH'S(R) Chili Magic Chili Starter, corn, and tomato. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over chicken.
