- 1 (15.5 ounce) can BUSH'S® Chili Magic Chili Starter
- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- Place chicken in a self-sealing plastic bag. Combine lime juice, oil, garlic, and cumin; pour over chicken. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
- Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill chicken over medium coals for 35 to 45 minutes or until done, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once.
- In saucepan, combine BUSH'S(R) Chili Magic Chili Starter, corn, and tomato. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over chicken.
