- 8 Sister Schubert's Dinner Yeast Rolls, split
- 4 (6 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
- 2 cups Sister Schubert's Barbecue Sauce (see note)
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 head lettuce, torn into pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake rolls according to directions on package.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Marinate the chicken breasts in barbecue sauce for 30 minutes. Cook chicken breasts 7 to 8 minutes on both sides or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Immediately place chicken on rolls with slice of onion and some lettuce.
