Grilled Chicken Sliders Recipe

  • 8 Sister Schubert's Dinner Yeast Rolls, split
  • 4 (6 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
  • 2 cups Sister Schubert's Barbecue Sauce (see note)
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 head lettuce, torn into pieces
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake rolls according to directions on package.
  2. Prepare grill to medium heat. Marinate the chicken breasts in barbecue sauce for 30 minutes. Cook chicken breasts 7 to 8 minutes on both sides or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Immediately place chicken on rolls with slice of onion and some lettuce.
