- 1 (20 ounce) package boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut in half
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ Mild Italian Sausage links, each link cut into pieces
- 4 1/2 cups Archer Farms™ fusilli corti pasta
- 1 (25.5 ounce) jar Archer Farms™ roasted red pepper pasta sauce
- Shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Heat grill.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken and sausage in grill basket.
- Place basket on grill. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear and sausage is cooked thoroughly.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package. Heat pasta sauce in saucepan over medium heat. Drain pasta well and toss with sauce in large bowl; add chicken and sausage and toss again. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
