Grilled broccoli with water chestnut dressing Recipe

  • 110g/4oz purple sprouting broccoli, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 water chestnuts, diced
  1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the broccoli and par-boil for two to three minutes and drain.
  2. Heat a grill pan and chargrill the broccoli until nicely coloured.
  3. To make the dressing, mix together the honey, soy sauce and water chestnuts.
  4. Serve the broccoli warm, drizzled with the dressing.
