- 110g/4oz purple sprouting broccoli, trimmed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 water chestnuts, diced
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the broccoli and par-boil for two to three minutes and drain.
- Heat a grill pan and chargrill the broccoli until nicely coloured.
- To make the dressing, mix together the honey, soy sauce and water chestnuts.
- Serve the broccoli warm, drizzled with the dressing.
