- 2 (12 ounce) packages salmon
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Market Pantry sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- In food-safe, resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients; turn to coat. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
- Heat grill.
- When ready to grill, lightly oil grill rack. Remove salmon from soy sauce mixture; reserve mixture. Place salmon, skin side down, over medium heat; cover. Brush frequently with soy sauce mixture. Total cooking time is 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily.
- Discard remaining soy sauce mixture after grilling.
