Grilled Asian Salmon Recipe

  • 2 (12 ounce) packages salmon
  • 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Market Pantry sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  1. In food-safe, resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients; turn to coat. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
  2. Heat grill.
  3. When ready to grill, lightly oil grill rack. Remove salmon from soy sauce mixture; reserve mixture. Place salmon, skin side down, over medium heat; cover. Brush frequently with soy sauce mixture. Total cooking time is 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily.
  4. Discard remaining soy sauce mixture after grilling.
