Grill Basket Beef Stir-Fry Recipe

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup Market Pantry™ soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound Sutton & Dodge™ round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms, cut in half
  • 1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
  • 1 (7 ounce) can baby corn, drained
  1. Heat grill.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions.
  3. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and garlic. Set aside.
  4. When grill is heated, place oiled grill basket on grill over medium heat, add steak, mushrooms, onions and corn. Cook and stir frequently for 10 to 15 minutes, or until meat is of desired doneness. During last 5 minutes of cooking, add 1 tablespoon at a time of sauce while stirring.
  5. Serve stir-fry over cooked rice.
