Green Salad with Barbeque Chicken Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup barbeque sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded, diced and lightly salted
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) package mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup French-fried onions
  1. In a small bowl, mix Ranch dressing and barbeque sauce; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken, tomatoes, cilantro, corn, black beans and salad greens. Add dressing; toss and serve with fried onions sprinkled over each serving.
