Green Chile Chimichurri Recipe

  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves, stems removed
  • 5 cloves garlic, or more to taste
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, separated, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  1. Blend green chiles, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons olive oil together in the bowl of a food processor. Pour remaining olive oil in a thin stream through the feed tube until mixture reaches sauce consistency. Season with salt and pepper; pulse to combine.
