- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 150g/5½oz green beans, topped and tailed, blanched
- 1 slice ciabatta, toasted
- 30g/1oz Stilton
- Place the oil and vinegar into a small bowl, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and whisk together.
- Place the green beans into a large bowl, pour over the dressing and stir.
- To serve, spread the Stilton over the toasted ciabatta and place on top of the salad.
