- 2 cups Birds Eye® French Cut Green Beans
- 2 cups medium green cabbage, sliced very thin
- 1 carrot, shredded fine
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Thaw green beans and combine in a medium bowl with the cabbage, carrots and pepper. Mix the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and toss with the vegetables.
