Green Bean Cole Slaw Recipe

  • 2 cups Birds Eye® French Cut Green Beans
  • 2 cups medium green cabbage, sliced very thin
  • 1 carrot, shredded fine
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Thaw green beans and combine in a medium bowl with the cabbage, carrots and pepper. Mix the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and toss with the vegetables.
