- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons almonds, or to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
- 1 cup rice milk, or as needed
- Blend oats and almonds in a blender until powdery; add spinach, banana, yogurt, peanut butter, and cinnamon. Blend, gradually adding rice milk, until desired consistency is reached.
