- 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust, such as Boboli
- 1/2 cup prepared basil pesto
- 3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
- 3 cups torn spinach leaves
- 1/2 red onion, quartered and thinly sliced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Adjust oven rack to center position and heat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Place crust on baking sheet and spread pesto on pizza. Top pizza in the following order: tomatoes, spinach, red onion, feta, and oregano. Bake until spinach wilts and cheese starts to brown, about 15 minutes.
- Remove pizza from oven and drizzle with oil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, slice and serve.
