Gravlax with dill yoghurt Recipe

  • 50g/1½oz Greek yoghurt
  • 50g/1½oz ready-made gravlax, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 10 ready-made mini canapé shells
  1. Place the yoghurt, gravlax and dill into a bowl and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix the ingredients well.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the canapé shells.
  3. To serve, arrange the shells neatly onto a clean plate.
