- 50g/1½oz Greek yoghurt
- 50g/1½oz ready-made gravlax, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 10 ready-made mini canapé shells
- Place the yoghurt, gravlax and dill into a bowl and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix the ingredients well.
- Spoon the mixture into the canapé shells.
- To serve, arrange the shells neatly onto a clean plate.
