Grapes, Greens, and Tangerines Recipe

  • 2 cups red leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups tangerine sections
  • 2 cups seedless red grape halves
  • 1 tart apple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried mint
  1. Place the lettuce in a large bowl. Toss with the oil.
  2. Add the tangerines, grapes, and apples. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, tarragon, and mint. Toss to combine.
