- 2 cups red leaf lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups tangerine sections
- 2 cups seedless red grape halves
- 1 tart apple, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon dried mint
- Place the lettuce in a large bowl. Toss with the oil.
- Add the tangerines, grapes, and apples. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, tarragon, and mint. Toss to combine.
