- 2 cups fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1 (5 inch) ginger root, peeled and minced
- 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- In a nonreactive bowl, mix together the grapefruit juice, lime juice, wine vinegar, light soy sauce, ginger, basil, thyme, and dill. Use as marinade for fish, poultry, or meats; refrigerate while marinating.
