- 180-200g/6½-7oz ripe grapes
- 2 tbsp elderflower cordial
- 8 ice cubes, plus extra to serve
- 150ml/5fl oz white wine
- 4 mint leaves
- splash sparkling water, to serve
- Blend all of the ingredients except for the sparkling water in a food processor until smooth and well combined.
- To serve, half-fill two tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour over the grape mixture. Top up each glass with the sparkling water.
