Gourmet Chocolate-Covered Cherry Jell-O® Shots Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) package cherry-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup chocolate liqueur (such as Godiva®)
  1. Arrange twelve 2-ounce plastic cups on a baking sheet that will fit in the refrigerator.
  2. Empty cherry-flavored gelatin into a bowl; whisk in water slowly until gelatin is dissolved. Mix in vodka and chocolate liqueur.
  3. Pour gelatin mixture into the plastic cups.
  4. Refrigerate gelatin mixture until set, at least 4 hours and preferably overnight.
