Goddess Ambrosia Recipe
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup chopped Granny Smith apple
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 cup pitted and halved cherries
- 1 cup chopped peach
- 1 cup chopped pear
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sour cream, or as needed
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped banana
- 1 cup peeled and chopped kiwi
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
- Mix pineapple, grapes, apple, strawberries, cherries, peach, pear, and coconut together in a large bowl. Stir in vanilla extract and enough sour cream to coat fruit mixture. Gently fold marshmallows, banana, and kiwi into fruit salad; top with pecans.
