Gluten-Free Nutty Apple Crisp Recipe

  • 6 cups apple wedges
  • ground cinnamon to taste
  • Topping:
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Fill a baking dish with apples and sprinkle cinnamon to taste over the apples.
  3. Mix walnuts, pecans, and brown rice flour together in a bowl. Add grapeseed oil, maple syrup, and cinnamon; stir until completely combined. Spread nut topping over apples.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until apples are cooked through, 30 to 40 minutes.
