- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chile paste with garlic
- 5 tablespoons water, divided
- 2 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 pounds Broccolini, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
- 3/4 pound lean flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 bunch scallions, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/3 cup walnut pieces, toasted and coarsely chopped
- Whisk together oyster sauce, ginger, soy sauce, chile paste, and 2 tablespoons of the water in small bowl.
- Heat oil in wok or large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add Broccolini and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add remaining 3 tablespoons water and stir-fry 2 minutes.
- Add steak, scallions, and oyster sauce mixture and stir-fry 1 minute or until beef is rosy and just cooked through. Stir in walnuts and serve immediately.
