- butter, for greasing
- 1 slice ready-made ginger cake
- 4-6 tbsp ready-made custard
- icing sugar, to dust
- fresh mint sprig, to garnish
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Lightly grease a ramekin.
- Slice the cake into smaller pieces and place into the base of the ramekin.
- Pour over enough custard to fill the ramekin.
- Place the ramekin into the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until warmed through.
- To serve, dust the pudding with icing sugar and garnish with a sprig of mint.
