Ginger Beef Warm-wich Recipe

  • 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing or KRAFT Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 4 crusty sandwich rolls, split
  • 8 slices deli cooked roast beef
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 8 red bell pepper rings
  • 8 slices Deli American Cheese (yellow or white)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dressing and ginger; spread onto cut sides of rolls.
  2. On the bottom half of each roll, layer 1/4 of the beef, onions, red bell peppers, and cheese. Place the other half of each roll on top, wrap the sandwiches in foil, and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
