- 1 deli rotisserie chicken
- 1 (16 ounce) package pre-diced redskin potatoes (in the refrigerated produce section)
- 1 (24 ounce) jar Archer Farms™ Salsa Verde
- 2 (15.5 ounce) cans Great Northern beans, drained
- First pull the meat off the rotisserie chicken.
- Mix with all the ingredients in a large pot.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring often, until heated.
- This is great to make ahead of time and freeze.
