- 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
- 2 2/3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tangerines, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 2 unpeeled apples, chopped
- Soak oats in water overnight, or let stand in water about 1 hour right before preparing. Stir in yogurt, honey, tangerines and apples. Refrigerate any leftovers.
