Fruited Yogurt Muesli Recipe

  • 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 2/3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tangerines, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 unpeeled apples, chopped
  1. Soak oats in water overnight, or let stand in water about 1 hour right before preparing. Stir in yogurt, honey, tangerines and apples. Refrigerate any leftovers.
