Frozen Papaya and Passion-Fruit Rum Cocktail Recipe

  • 1 cup light rum
  • 4 1/2 cups chopped peeled papaya (2 pounds)
  • 1 cup thawed passion-fruit purée
  • 2/3 cup superfine granulated sugar, or to taste
  • 4 cups ice cubes
  1. Blend rum, papaya, passion fruit, sugar, and ice in 2 batches in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
