- 1 cup light rum
- 4 1/2 cups chopped peeled papaya (2 pounds)
- 1 cup thawed passion-fruit purée
- 2/3 cup superfine granulated sugar, or to taste
- 4 cups ice cubes
- Blend rum, papaya, passion fruit, sugar, and ice in 2 batches in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
