- 1 mango, peeled, stone removed and chopped
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 2 oranges, juice only
- 3-4 ice cubes
- fresh mint leaves and lime wedges, to garnish
- Place the mango, lime zest and juice, orange juice and ice into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- To serve, pour into four shot glasses and garnish each with mint leaves and lime wedges.
