- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (6.2 ounce) package Market Pantry™ Fried Rice and Vermicelli Mix
- 1 egg
- 2 cups water
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Mix ground beef, fried rice mix (reserving seasoning packet) and egg together in a medium mixing bowl. Shape into 12 meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle reserved seasoning packet over meatballs. Pour water over all, turning to mix well. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Carefully stir in cream of mushroom soup and soy sauce. Garnish with green onions.
