- 1 medium tomato , sliced, drained on paper towels
- 1 (22 ounce) package Archer Farms™ cheese quarters (from bakery)
- 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 (8 ounce) container fresh bocconcini mozzarella cheese, drained, sliced
- Heat grill. Place cheese squares on baking sheet that fits your grill.
- Brush tops of cheese squares with oil. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle with basil and top each with about 4 slices cheese.
- Place baking sheet with pizzas on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and bread is warm. Cut each into four triangles.
