Fresh Mango Frappe Recipe

  • 2 cups chopped ripe mango
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 ice cubes
  1. Chop mango and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine LACTAID(R) Fat Free Milk, sugar, lime juice, vanilla and mango in either a blender or food processor and process until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add ice cubes and process again until smooth.
