Fresh Fruit with BACARDI® Rum Cream Recipe

  • 1 egg
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 fluid ounces BACARDI® Rum
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • Fresh fruit
  1. Mix egg, milk, BACARDI(R) Rum and vanilla in blender on a medium speed for several minutes.
  2. Refrigerate overnight and then pour over fresh fruit.
