Fresh Corn Salsa with Orange and Lime Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced small
  • 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Mix corn, tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, and salt together in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
