- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, stems cut off and leaves chopped
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 4 Avocados from Mexico, cubed
- Mix diced onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and garlic. Add tomatoes and mix. Gently fold in avocados. Serve with fresh veggies or tortilla chips.
