French Toast with Peanut-Butter Maple Syrup Recipe

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  1. Mix together the eggs, milk, and vanilla in a large flat dish. Dip the bread in the egg mixture, and then flip it so both sides are coated. Heat both sides of the toast in a nonstick skillet until golden brown.
  2. Stir the maple syrup and peanut butter together in a separate bowl and microwave until warm. Pour over the French toast.
  3. Open mouth. Eat.
