- 2 cups frozen green beans, French Cut Style
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons shallot, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the butter, minced shallots and green beans. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and piece with a knife in two places. Zap in the microwave for 2 minutes. Toss or stir and zap for another minute.
- Remove from microwave, add the tarragon and the tarragon vinegar then toss or stir. Cover again and serve within a couple of minutes.
