- 1 (1 pound) package Velveeta cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapenos
- 2 (1 pound) loaves sourdough (one cubed, one whole)
- Cut Velveeta into cubes and place in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Mix diced tomatoes and jalapenos into melted velveeta.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Cut half an inch down on bread round and remove the inside.
- Place fondue in bread bowl and serve with second round of cubed bread — game on!
