- 1 (15.25 ounce) can DEL MONTE® Fiesta Corn™, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can DEL MONTE® Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Jalapenos, drained
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Toss. Garnish with cilantro and serve with squeeze of lime juice, if desired.
