- 6 cups romaine lettuce leaves, torn
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup orange bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup Carb Well Classic Caesar Dressing
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Cook the bacon in the microwave (on plenty of paper towels) or in a fry pan. Let cool then crumble.
- In a large salad bowl add the romaine, tomatoes and the bell pepper. Pour on enough of the dressing to coat. Toss. Add the parmesan and bacon and toss again. Serve immediately.
