  • 8 unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  1. Combine all ingredients except honey in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Stir in honey.
