- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) package mixed berry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
- 1 (6 ounce) prepared graham cracker crust
- Stir boiling water and gelatin together in a bowl until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add ice and cold water; stir until ice is melted.
- Whisk whipped topping into gelatin mixture until smooth. Refrigerate until mixture is thickened, about 20 minutes. Spoon gelatin mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set, 4 hours to overnight.
