- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Cut each avocado in half lengthwise. Whack each pit with the edge of a knife, then twist and remove them. Scoop out the meat and toss the skins.
- Add cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mash it with a fork. Add cayenne and minced garlic to taste.
