Fast Fried Rice Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 (1 cup) pouch frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
  • 6 green onions, with tops, chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  1. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. ADD ground burger and onions; cook and stir 3 minutes. Spoon burger mixture to one side of skillet. Add egg to other side of skillet; cook until set, stirring constantly.
  3. ADD remaining ingredients; mix all ingredients in skillet until well blended. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
