Fast Fried Rice Recipe
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 (1 cup) pouch frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
- 6 green onions, with tops, chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- ADD ground burger and onions; cook and stir 3 minutes. Spoon burger mixture to one side of skillet. Add egg to other side of skillet; cook until set, stirring constantly.
- ADD remaining ingredients; mix all ingredients in skillet until well blended. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
