Fast, Fresh Grape Tomato Salad Recipe

  • 2 cups halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, or to taste
  • salt to taste (optional)
  1. Mix tomatoes, olive oil, rice vinegar, and garlic powder together in a bowl. Crumble oregano between fingers to release flavor and add to the tomatoes; stir to coat. Season with salt. Let flavors marinate before serving, 5 minutes or up to an hour.
