Eye Opener II Recipe

  • 2 ounces rum
  • 1 teaspoon crème de cacao
  • 1 teaspoon curaçao
  • 1 teapoon Pernod
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass.
