EggNog Cinnamon French Toast Recipe

  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • Vegetable oil cooking spray or butter or margarine
  • 12 slices firm white bread
  1. Combine LACTAID(R) EggNog, cinnamon and eggs in a shallow dish. Beat with whisk.
  2. Spray large nonstick skillet with vegetable oil cooking spray or melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
  3. Dip the bread into the eggnog mixture, turning to coat both sides. Fry bread over medium heat until golden brown on each side.
