- 2 cups eggnog
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil cooking spray or butter or margarine
- 12 slices firm white bread
- Combine LACTAID(R) EggNog, cinnamon and eggs in a shallow dish. Beat with whisk.
- Spray large nonstick skillet with vegetable oil cooking spray or melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
- Dip the bread into the eggnog mixture, turning to coat both sides. Fry bread over medium heat until golden brown on each side.
