- 4 1/2 ounces beef, loin cut
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon lite soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Use separate cutting boards for meat and vegetables. Slice steak into inch-wide strips, set aside. Peel onion and core bell pepper; slice into 1/2 inch strips. Mince garlic, set aside.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and saute garlic for 1-2 minutes, until just lightly golden. Add beef and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes, until cooked; remove from skillet and set aside and keep warm. Add vegetables to skillet and stir-fry about 4-5 minutes until cooked, but still crisp. Add beef back to vegetables in skillet, add soy sauce and stir-fry about 2 more minutes. Serve.
