- 6 ounces frozen, pre-cooked medium-sized shrimp
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup chopped or sliced cucumber
- 2 tablespoons salad dressing, low fat or nonfat; low sodium
- Defrost shrimp and set aside. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. In a salad bowl, combine vegetables with shrimp and toss thoroughly with dressing. Serve.
