- 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables (brussels sprouts, cauliflower and carrots) , thawed
- 8 ounces mushrooms, quartered
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle SEVEN SEAS VIVA Red Wine Vinegar & Oil Dressing
- Cut brussels sprouts in half; mix with remaining ingredients. Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
