  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables (brussels sprouts, cauliflower and carrots) , thawed
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, quartered
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle SEVEN SEAS VIVA Red Wine Vinegar & Oil Dressing
  1. Cut brussels sprouts in half; mix with remaining ingredients. Cover.
  2. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
