Easy Tofu Salad Recipe

  • 2 (14 ounce) packages extra-firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds (optional)
  1. Place tofu cubes in a large bowl.
  2. Combine soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and roasted sesame seeds in a small bowl. Pour over tofu; toss to mix.
  3. Chill tofu until flavors are combined, about 2 hours.
  4. Remove from refrigerator. Scoop tofu into small servings bowls and serve.
