Easy Southern Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

  • 1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package marshmallows
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with brown sugar in a bowl until coated; arrange in the prepared casserole dish. Top sweet potatoes with marshmallows.
