- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Make a well and add brown sugar, canola oil, water, eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth, fold in raisins.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto non-stick cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes.
